Everyday is full of love… That's why Valentinas are favorites for women.

Ranging from simple classics to abstract and punk, this series defines the variety of hearts and styles of love, we all have.

An original metal etching of the heart with wings triumph over the crown which is symbolic of materialism and powerful institutions. Also the entwined snakes under the lotus style petals are of a more native or hindu interpretation of love. The blush of color adds to the sweetness and celebration nature in this illustration.

“Love Conquers All” is a digital illustration tht was an immediate reaction Marler had to the 911 bombs in NYC. The aligned hearts create the red stripes and the stars are 70s style burst representing the extension of the current state of our great nation.

Sweet Tart is a magic pixies fiendishly exploring the treasure chest! This was inspired from a valentine card my grandfather gave my grandmother in the 1930s.

Several punk graphics are 80s inspired. After all it was then I found my first true love!

Enjoy.
