Best known for original photo-based vintage imaging, my mixing of analog and digital techniques yields a consistent dialog between retro media tools and the ever-changing digital landscape. I am proud to create authentic photography with flair, using mechanical media tools from the mid-century era. Her fascinating artwork is focused around vintage typewriters, cameras and retro radios and more recently televisions. Shooting with a digital camera, and then layering and manipulating the images, the resulting work transforms antiquated sentiments into unique timely statements. Some of my work incorporates words into the images, both as graphic elements and to convey a message, inviting interactions, conversations and ideas.
